In short, you can’t. The Court will enforce an Order on a parent’s application to spend time with their child where the other parent resists, however, the Court will not impose a parenting outcome on a parent when they are not requesting one. We take this enquiry reasonably often and unfortunately there’s nothing that can be done in order to force a parent to spend time (or more time) with their child.
